Video extensions were launched in June 2018. As the product scaled, we noticed major usability issues that needed to be fixed in order to improve the viewer’s experience.

World of Warcraft Product Strategy

During my time at Blizzard, I worked in close collaboration with the World of Warcraft team in a series of projects to improve their in and out of game commerce experience. 

Blizzard Gifting User Centered Strategy

In 2017, Blizzard decided to invest in improving its gifting ecosystem. I lead a UX effort to identify problems and opportunities from a user standpoint and help guide long term planning accordingly.

Blizzard In-Game Checkout

The In-Game Checkout project standardized payment systems across Blizzard games and Battle.net. As the principal Product Designer on this project, my mandate was to provide a streamlined, consistent and accessible in-game purchasing experience globally.

Blizzard Gifting & Inventory

Gifting and Inventory was the first phase of a series of project to help player browse & find gifts, streamline the gifting checkout process and improve the gift claiming experience. Through a user centered design process, I reimagined how friends could gift to their friends, while reducing the amount of fraud and customer support contacts.

Blizzard Shop Checkout Redesign

In 2017, the Blizzard Shop team redesigned the browsing pages for its store. Following the redesign, I analyzed our checkout flow to identify problems & opportunities in order to offer a streamlined checkout experience for our players around the globe. The recommended strategy included a series of tactical projects, AB tests and general optimization of our checkout pages.

Adtool

AdTool, an ad performance tracking platform, was originally built in 2008 and didn’t received much attention over the years. As the lead Product Designer, I reviewed the platform usage through data analysis and user interviews, updated the design of the platform and validate those designs through usability testing.

La Roche-Posay

La Roche-Posay Canada is a skin care brand managed by L’Oreal Canada. In 2012, the brand requested a campaign to raise awareness about what’s behind the SPF number of sunscreen and educate the public about other sun facts.
